Kate is an experienced psychologist who offers psychological treatment to adults who experience emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and adjustment difficulties. She has extensive experience working in private practice, GP clinics, community mental health services, schools and family services. Kate is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, has competed a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Kate uses a range of evidence-based interventions in her work including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Positive Psychology.
Kate aims to provide an environment which encourages open communication and works together with clients towards mutually agreeable goals. She is committed to providing interventions that encourage more effective coping and building on existing strengths.
