Beyondblue
Beyondblue offers online counselling, support and referrals from 4pm to 10pm, 7 days a week, as well as a directory of e-mental health services and therapies, which can be found on its website. This includes information relating to depression, anxiety disorders, post-natal depression and bipolar disorder.
Black Dog Institute
The Black Dog Institute website aims to lead you through the logical steps in seeking help for mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, and to provide you with information and explanations of different steps along the way. The website has a range of fact sheets and handouts available for download.
Headspace
headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health service to 12-25 year olds. If you don’t have a headspace centre nearby or you don’t feel ready to visit a centre, eheadspace provides confidential online and telephone support service seven days a week. eheadspace can help with a broad range of issues like bullying, drug and alcohol issues, depression and anxiety, relationships, concerns about friends, fitting in and isolation.
Kids Helpline
The Kids Helpline website provides web and email counselling, in addition to its telephone support line. It is aimed at young people aged 5 to 25 years and provides an interactive space for kids to explore issues that are important to them.
Lifeline
The Lifeline website provides online crisis support chat from 7pm to 4am, 7 days per week. The website also presents information and fact sheets, real stories and self help tools. Available information covers a wide range of topic including prevention, depression, domestic and family violence and avenues for getting help.
ReachOut Australia
Reachout.com is a youth focused website providing help, information and support. The website has been created in collaboration with young people and experts, to ensure that the information is evidenced based and relevant.

Smiling Mind is meditation made easy. A simple tool that helps put a smile on your mind anytime, anywhere and everyday.
Check-in is an app, by Beyondblue, helps you start a conversation who may be struggling.
ReachOut Breathe is designed by ReachOut Australia, was created to help you reduce the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety by slowing down your breathing and your heart rate.
